Ela \u00e9\r\n            formada por cinco vereadores: presidente, vice-presidente, 2\u00ba vice-presidente, secret\u00e1rio e 2\u00ba secret\u00e1rio.\r\n        </p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px\">Dentre as fun\u00e7\u00f5es da Mesa Diretora est\u00e3o a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o da proposta de or\u00e7amento anual\r\n            da Secretaria da C\u00e2mara; dar parecer sobre determinados projetos, como aqueles que alterem o Regimento\r\n            Interno da C\u00e2mara ou estabele\u00e7am a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o dos agentes pol\u00edticos, autorizar o prefeito a se ausentar do\r\n            Munic\u00edpio e aplicar penalidade a vereador. </p>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px\">\r\n            O mandato da Mesa tem dura\u00e7\u00e3o de dois anos. A cada bi\u00eanio a Mesa \u00e9 eleita pelo conjunto dos nove vereadores\r\n            e sua composi\u00e7\u00e3o deve refletir, sempre que poss\u00edvel, a proporcionalidade dos partidos pol\u00edticos\r\n            representados na C\u00e2mara.\r\n        </p>\r\n        <hr style=\"border: 0; border-top: 1px solid #ddd; margin: 30px 0;\" />\r\n\r\n        <h4 style=\"color: #25528c; font-size: 20px; margin-bottom: 20px;\">ATRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES DA MESA DIRETORA (Artigo 12 do\r\n            Regimento Interno)</h4>\r\n\r\n        <p style=\"font-size: 16px; font-style: italic;\">\u00c0 Mesa compete, dentre outras atribui\u00e7\u00f5es previstas em lei,\r\n            neste Regimento Interno ou por Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara, ou delas implicitamente resultantes:</p>\r\n\r\n        <ul style=\"font-size: 15px; line-height: 1.6; color: #333; padding-left: 20px;\">\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>I -</b> Elaborar e encaminhar ao Executivo, at\u00e9 05 (cinco) meses antes\r\n                do t\u00e9rmino do exerc\u00edcio, a proposta dos recursos a serem destinados \u00e0 C\u00e2mara, para ser inclu\u00edda na\r\n                proposta geral do Or\u00e7amento do Munic\u00edpio;</li>\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>II -</b> Propor ao Plen\u00e1rio Projetos de Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o que criem, transformem\r\n                ou extingam cargos, empregos ou fun\u00e7\u00f5es da C\u00e2mara Municipal, bem como Projetos de Lei que fixem os\r\n                respectivos vencimentos e vantagens;</li>\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>III -</b> Elaborar e expedir, mediante ato pr\u00f3prio, a discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o\r\n                anal\u00edtica das dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias da C\u00e2mara, bem como alter\u00e1-las, quando necess\u00e1rio;</li>\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>IV -</b> Apresentar projetos de lei dispondo sobre a abertura de\r\n                cr\u00e9ditos adicionais para as dota\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias da Casa;</li>\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>V -</b> Suplementar, mediante projeto de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o, as dota\u00e7\u00f5es\r\n                or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias da C\u00e2mara, observado o limite de autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o constante da lei or\u00e7ament\u00e1ria;</li>\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>VI -</b> Solicitar, diretamente, mediante requerimento da comiss\u00e3o\r\n                competente, informa\u00e7\u00f5es ou documentos ao Prefeito sobre fato relacionado com mat\u00e9ria legislativa em\r\n                tr\u00e2mite ou sujeita \u00e0 fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da C\u00e2mara;</li>\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>VII -</b> Fixar diretrizes para a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o das atividades da C\u00e2mara;\r\n            </li>\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>VIII -</b> Conferir a seus membros atribui\u00e7\u00f5es ou encargos referentes\r\n                aos trabalhos legislativos e aos servi\u00e7os administrativos da C\u00e2mara;</li>\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>IX -</b> Tomar as medidas necess\u00e1rias \u00e0 regularidade dos trabalhos\r\n                legislativos e dos servi\u00e7os administrativos da C\u00e2mara, ressalvadas as exce\u00e7\u00f5es regimentais;</li>\r\n            <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\"><b>X -</b> Propor os Projetos de Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o ou Decretos Legislativos para\r\n                aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o de pedidos de licen\u00e7a ou afastamento do Prefeito, Vice-Prefeito, Vereadores e servidores\r\n                municipais do legislativo.</li>\r\n        </ul>\r\n    </div>\r\n</div>", "author_name": "", "version": "1.0", "author_url": "https://www.capitolio.mg.leg.br/author/adm", "provider_name": "C\u00e2mara Municipal de Capit\u00f3lio", "type": "rich"}
